As you may know, the concept of Yin and Yang originated in ancient Chinese philosophy and metaphysics.  It is used to describe how seemingly opposing forces are interconnected, giving rise to each other in turn. (thanks Wikipedia!)

Like the balance between creativity (thinking up new products, new marketing ideas) and practicality (ensuring the books are balanced, bills are paid and staff are managed) for a business owner!

- Accounting tips to keep you on the straight and narrow plus the new HST and how it will impact your business. Master accountant guru Wayne Zielke, founder and CEO of Ledgers Online will enlighten us.

- Lynn Robinson www.therobinsongroup.ca will take a look at how meditation and oil blends (stimulating the brain cells) can help to keep the creative juices flowing while staying focused.

- We will apply the essential oils on our sensory glands and then Yoga guru Simone Riml www.meditationvillage.ca will take us through a meditation exercise to ground us and charge us up and the same time!

- We will leave with our feet on the ground (Yin) and our heads in the creative clouds (Yang).
