A special evening of Yoga and meditation.

Join us for a yoga and mindfulness session to reduce stress and let go of physical, mental and emotional blocks that may be keeping you from receiving your best for 2012! Learn what mindfulness is and how to apply it in your daily routines to stay present, focused and relaxed for increased creativity, productivity and joy.

The yoga session will suit beginners to advanced yogees, is 45 minutes and ends with a 10 minute mindfulness meditation and practice to set your intentions for the new year.

It will be followed by networking and dinner.  Simone will be available throughout the evening to answer any questions you may have.

So grab your yoga mat, wear your yoga clothes or change into them in the club changerooms, and join us for a relaxing but powerful way to set you up for success.  Don't have a yoga mat or other gear? Don't worry! Just let us know.
